Nestled into the jungle and set in an area of 1,140sqm, this modern architect-designed house provides some of the best sea views available in Phuket and provide the ideal secluded setting for a relaxed vacation with family or friends.

Located on a small peninsula, the villa is just a few minutes walk from two beautiful unspoiled beaches; Ao Yon (east-facing) and Khao Khad (west-facing). Both beaches are in sheltered bays making them suitable for swimming all year round.

The Glasshouse offers as much privacy and seclusion as you'd like with incredible food delivery options. The villa is fully equipped with everything you might need from high-speed internet with wifi to our fitness area with TRX, resistance bands and yoga mats

With six bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, vast open plan living space, three balconies with spectacular views, all set amongst landscaped tropical gardens, make this high-end villa the idyllic getaway. A private infinity swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi is the centerpiece of the villa and the Thai style sala is a wonderful spot to shelter from the sun or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets across the bay.

The private and romantic setting with stunning views across the bay make it a magical location for a special event. We've hosted a number of weddings and other events at the Glasshouse and our professional event-organiser can help with arrangements. 

The interior of the home is equipped with high quality locally sourced furniture and fittings that will make your experience a luxurious one. From the sleek wooden floors in the bedrooms to pristine marble flooring throughout the open plan living space, every part of the home oozes class.

The property is always offered with exclusive use of the house, pool and gardens. The villa can accommodate up to 20 guests (maximum 18 adults) with all 6 bedrooms available and it’s available at a reduced rate for groups of up to 8 guests using only 4 bedrooms. Children less than 2 yrs old are welcome and don't count towards the maximum.

Accessibility: For guests with accessibility needs, the poolside bedroom on the ground floor means that the villa can be enjoyed as a single-level living space. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Internet: Whilst in touch with the surrounding nature, the house is equipped with high speed fiber-link internet with wi-fi connectivity in all rooms.

Entertainment System: You can stream your own music to the M-One hifi unit in the living room and the speakers in the sala. Four of the bedrooms have smart TVs and the living room has a 50’ TV with soundbar and sub.

Living Area: The spacious open planned living space with panoramic views of Chalong bay spans the entire width of the property and opens directly on to the pool terrace and sala. It includes a dining area, accommodating 8 for formal dining, expandable to 16, a TV den and a double height sitting area. The open design merges with the pool terrace making it ideal for informal, al fresco eating, entertaining or just relaxing. The living space extends upstairs where we have a full-sized table tennis table, an office desk in case you have to work and an additional balcony with a circular day bed. Perfect for meditation, reading or a place for the kids to play. Stay relaxed, fit & healthy; we have 2 yoga mats and resistance bands and ropes. A breakfast bar with marble top provides an additional social hub.

Cooking: An open-planned European style kitchen is fully equipped with a full range of brand name appliances including Smeg gas range, espresso machine, juice blender, microwave and American size double door fridge-freezer with ice maker. An adjacent external Thai-style kitchen with gas stove complements the interior space. An outside gas barbecue provides another option for cooking/dining.

Outdoor Space: The house is set among landscaped tropical gardens connected by stone pathways and dotted with several terraced areas. The 10m infinity pool is the centre piece and includes a jacuzzi for the ultimate indulgence, day or night. An outside shower means you freshen up and cool down without needing to leave the poolside area. Loungers on the patio provide a sublime spot for soaking up the sun or move to the Thai style sala with it's sofas and coffee table for some shade. The sala has speakers wired to the multi room sound system so that you can enjoy chill out music by the pool, or perhaps something more lively with cocktails as you watch the sun go down. Outside seating includes; 8 poolside loungers, seating for 6 in the sala, 4 bar stools.

Bedrooms: All 6 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (one bathroom is shared between the 2nd and garden view bedrooms), generous wardrobe space, hair dryers, international electrical sockets and USB chargers.

We have the following options for sleeping arrangements:

Master bedroom: king size bed (+ king size sofa bed), walk-in closet, TV, balcony with swing

2nd bedroom: king size bed (+ queen size sofa bed), TV, balcony with lounger

Poolside bedroom: king size bed, double aspect to poolside and grass terrace

Garden view room: 2 x single beds, TV

5th bedroom: king size bed, adjoining living room with double sofa bed, TV

6th bedroom: king size bed

We also have 3 cots (and 3 high chairs) and, if you need the flexibility, floor mattresses for children that can be placed wherever is most convenient for you. 

The 5th & 6th bedrooms are adjacent to each other on the lower level and are accessed separately to the main house. Consequently, these rooms are only suitable for young children if older children or adults are also staying in one of these rooms.

Electricity: To encourage thoughtful use of resources, we include an electricity allowance sufficient to run the house & pool with modest use of aircon. Any use over this is charged at cost + 5%.

Water: The water in the villa is sourced from our own well and we have drinking water on tap so there's no need to buy single-use plastic bottles of water.

Parking & Security: The Glasshouse has an electric gate and an alarm system. There is a sheltered carport with space for 2 cars inside the gate.
