The Glasshouse is the perfect secluded setting for a relaxed and private vacation with family & friends.

Nestled into the jungle hillside and set in an area of 1,140sqm, this modern 6-bedroom house provides some of the best sea-views available in Phuket.

The infinity pool is the heartbeat of the Glasshouse experience and the whole villa is designed for sharing quality experiences and creating lasting memories. Whether watching the sunset from the living room or one of our three balconies, relaxing in the shade of the Thai sala or sharing a drink at the bar table, your time at the Glasshouse will be full of special moments.

Location: Situated on a small peninsular near to Cape Panwa, the villa is just a few minutes walk from two beautiful unspoiled beaches. Ao Yon beach (east-facing) and Khao Khad beach (west-facing) are both in sheltered bays so, with no rip tides, they're suitable for swimming all year round.

Accessibility: For guests with accessibility needs, we have a chair lift from the car park level up to the main entrance. With our poolside bedroom and open plan living area (kitchen, dining area, living area, TV den) all on the ground floor, the villa can be enjoyed as a single-level wheelchair accessible step-free space.

Accommodation: With six bedrooms, five en-suite bathrooms, guest WC, outside shower, new western & Thai kitchens, huge open plan living space, TV den with U-shaped sofa, private swimming pool with jacuzzi, tropical gardens, carport and terrace, the Glasshouse is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests (maximum 18 adults in beds). Infants up to 2 years don't count towards our maximum.

Optional Services: The rental includes a basic maid cleaning service and we can arrange whatever additional services you need to make your stay as indulgent as you'd like.

Events: Our private and romantic setting with stunning views across the bay make it a perfect location for a special event. Please enquire before booking.

Everything you need

I went there with my family of 14 people. The owner of the villa went out of his way to make my brother in law as comfortable as possible. He made adjustments and even had a chair lift installed. What a service! The location of the villa is just beautiful, the staff was amazing. It was just a 2-minute walk to the beach. And there were some nice restaurants at the beach! We could see the big Budha from the house! We really enjoyed the swimming pool with seaview❤️ The villa has everything you need to be comfortable and feel relaxed, so we stayed “home” a few days of the vacation. I give it 5 stars! Absolutely perfect

The house had amazing views spacious and private, we got a maid service and chef service. The chef service was more like a local cook. He did some great dishes and food was ready when we needed it. Maid service was good. It was very convenient to have access to a driver Mr Man with a van next door who was available whenever we needed him. 7/11 down the driveway was very handy as were the local massage and beauty salons. Overall everyone was well accommodated and felt very relaxed and at home. We had a wedding service who Bradley recommended, and everything was absolutely perfect, stress free and can’t wait to see the photos.

Perfectly situated

Bradley was extremely proactive, communicative and helpful in helping us sort out transportation and kid’s amenities like high chair/cot. The Glasshouse is truly beautiful and is perfect to accommodate several groups of friends or families. The sunset view is gorgeous. Location is very convenient too as it’s situated within walking distance from a 7-11 and a few local restaurants. It’s also very close to a small beach which is away from the usual touristy area. Beds are very comfortable. Some minus includes old furnishing like cupboards and old and rather loud air conditioning but these did not bother us much. Khun Pond, the manager was very helpful and responsive with questions. One of our toilet was not flushing, and another room has an a/c that wasn’t working but Pond responded quickly by sending in technical helpers to fix them. She was also there to welcome us when we first checked-in and was there to check us out. We hired a cook, Khun Yut and he was fantastic as well.

Exceeded our expectations in every way

"We are a multi generational family of 9. The Glass House exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect, private but just a short walk to the beach and amenities like supermarkets and places to eat & drink. The accommodation was exactly as described and the views from the house and pool quite incredible. Bradley and his team were the perfect hosts from the get go- responsive & kind. Given our family is now spread around the world, the annual family holiday/ reunion is so important to us, Bradley’s place delivered on all our expectations and more. Highly recommended."

Incredible experience

Everything about our stay and experience was seamless and wonderful. We were a group of two families with 5 young children and this was paradise.Our kids lived in the pool, and we were minutes from two beaches. Bradley's communication was impeccable and professional. Not only was he responsive and prompt, but he was professional and proactive, helping us with every question we had in a timely manner. The staff and contacts he gave us were trustworthy and reliable. We can't stop reminiscing about every delicious meal Kuhn Yut, the chef, made for us. I could continue to list the many highlights of our time at the Glasshouse, but needless to say it was an unbelievable experience. We hope to visit again one day in the future. "16 people - aged 3-70 - spent 10 days here. Everything, house, beds, pool was great and having the convenience of a chef most of the days, we really lived in the house. We went fishing, snorkeling, shopping, hiking with the help of the always helpful Taxi service next door - bought necessities from 7-11 and had water and soda etc brought to the door from Lotus Supermarket. Cleaning etc was excellent and we could always count on quick help from the house keeper. It will be difficult to find a house better suited for big families - at least five stars. Not the least - great communication with the owner from start to finish - always responsive and helpful"
